Appointment Policy
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed for tardiness. After this, a $15 late fee will be added to your total.
- If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- For cancelled appointments with no notice future bookings will require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly via phone. Clear communication helps us stay on the same page.

It is recommended that you get a retwist every 4-6 weeks, shorter or newer locs may need retwists every 2-3 weeks until locs have had more time to mature. Depending on the texture and maturity of your locs you may be able to wait up to 8 weeks to get a retwist.
Yes, kids are welcome at the loc down! Ages 4 and up are eligible for service, toddlers are welcome only if they‘re able to sit for up to an hour and a half!
Your hair's health is my top priority. I don't offer dyeing or bleaching services for locs, as I lack specialized knowledge and experience. If any requested service may cause damage to your locs, I reserve the right to refuse it.
